Where do you ship?
Most products can be shipped anywhere in North or South America with select items available only within Canada due to export restrictions.

How much does it cost for shipping?
The cost is determined once the order is packaged and ready for shipping.
We send a final invoice that includes the shipping cost along with a tracking number for your order.

How do I get a quote, or place an order?
You can email us, call us, or download our order sheet and submit it once completed. Please specify whether you are requesting a quote or placing an order.

Do you have more product than what shows in your catalogue?
Yes, although our catalogue mainly shows items that are in-stock, our product lines are continually expanding and we may not have every item on hand.
Don't hesitate to check with us about products you are interested in, as well as check the New Product section for items not yet in the catalogue.

Why are there no prices in the catalogue?
Pricing varies by customer type and order requirements, including retailers, government, military and individual customers. As a small business, we work directly with each customer to determine pricing and product availability. Due to our extensive and continually expanding product lines, online ordering is not currently available. Orders can be placed by submitting an order form, by emailing, or by phone.
